Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from FacelessShorts at any time. Choose whichever option fits what you want to delete.

1. Disconnect a social account (deletes its tokens)

Sign in, open Channels, choose the channel, and click Disconnect on the connected account (Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok). This immediately and permanently deletes the stored access and refresh tokens and the account identifiers we held for it. We can no longer access that account afterwards.

2. Delete generated videos

Open any video and click Delete. This removes the video record and its generated files (images, audio, and the rendered video) from our storage.

3. Delete everything (full account deletion)

To have all of your data erased — your login, all connected-account tokens, all channels and series, and all generated content — email support@event6.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my data".

We will verify the request and permanently delete your data within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done. Operational backups and logs are purged on their normal rotation schedule.

4. Revoke access at the platform

You can also revoke our access directly from the platform itself, which stops us from posting even before the data is removed here:
