Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FacelessShorts (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

The Service generates short-form videos from topics and settings you provide, and — when you connect an account and choose to publish — uploads those videos to third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok on your behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your content and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the topics you submit and the content that is generated and published under your accounts.
• You must have the rights to any material you supply, and you must not use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
• You must comply with the terms and community guidelines of every platform you publish to (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), including their rules on automated posting and AI-generated content and any required disclosures.
• AI-generated content can contain factual errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it publicly.

Ownership

As between you and us, you retain ownership of the content you generate through the Service, subject to the rights of the underlying AI providers and the platforms you publish to. We retain all rights in the Service software itself.

Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Replicate, Google/YouTube, Meta, TikTok). Their availability, pricing, terms, and policies are outside our control, and changes on their side may affect or interrupt the Service.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, use it to spam or mass-manipulate platforms, or use it in violation of any applicable law or platform policy.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful publishing, or any particular result or reach.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required to protect the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
